Background: Alkhorayef Commercial Company is part of the Alkhorayef Group and focuses on the agriculture & irrigation, power systems, pipes and water works, marine and material handling sectors. Alkhorayef Commercial is the Saudi Arabia representative of some of the best known global brands, including John Deere, Volvo Penta, Pierce and Yamaha. Alkhorayef Commercial has also developed a number of domestic brands, including Gulf Power. With increasing pressure on profitability and changes in government policy, particularly in agriculture, Alkhorayef Commercial were looking to develop the strategy to enable the next chapter of success for this family owned conglomerate.
Deliverables: We developed the growth strategy and operating model to ensure the Company is best positioned to grow profitably as it enters its seventh decade in business. With the strategy accepted by the Company’s management, we led the internal change management program to introduce the strategy and allow for leaders in the Company to cascade the strategy downwards. Our deliverables included the development of the creative concept and roll-out of the internal engagement. Our deliverables continue with the team working onsite and side-by-side with the client’s teams to ensure seamless implementation of the strategy.
