Background: Hilton Worldwide is one of the largest hospitality companies in the world and is growing faster than ever. Their 95-year history as pioneers in the industry make them the preferred venue for travellers, developers, partners, and team members alike. Hilton has identified Saudi Arabia as a core country and has been commissioned to be the operator for 18 new properties, which will have staged openings until 2018 across the Saudi Arabian geography. With the expansion, Hilton Worldwide must recruit over 9,000 staff to service the new properties. Recruitment in Saudi Arabia is a challenge with specific gender, ethnic, and religious background barriers and requirements.
Deliverables:Our deliverables for Hilton Worldwide began with the overall strategy development to position the Hilton brand as the employer brand of choice. The strategy work further outlined the strategic initiatives and roadmap for implementation. The initiatives included a full collateral communicating the opportunities and benefits of working for Hilton. Testimonial videos, brochures, recruitment programs and stands accompanied the outputs in this engagement.
